We're Hiring

Member Services Coordinator

Certified Naturally Grown (CNG) offers peer-review certification to farmers and beekeepers who use natural practices free of synthetic chemicals to produce food for their local communities. Our certification programs help ensure producers uphold the highest standards in sustainable agriculture while offering assurance to their customers. CNG was founded by farmers in New York’s Hudson Valley in 2002. Today nearly 800 farmers and beekeepers throughout North America are Certified Naturally Grown. Since these are locally-oriented farms, you'll find them at farmers markets, independent grocers and food coops, not the big grocery chains.

Our grassroots, participatory approach is recognized and advocated by IFOAM - Organics International as an important way to include small-scale producers in the organic movement. CNG is a private non-profit organization that is not affiliated with the USDA Organic Program.

We seek an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to support the administration of our programs and serve as an important liaison to the farmers and beekeepers who participate in our grassroots initiatives.
