We love payments by check, so the bankers can't take a cut. Mail to CNG, 540 President St, 3rd Floor, Brooklyn, NY 11215.
2. Sign and return the 2019 Declaration
If you just recently sent your Declaration and Dues, thank you!
You do not need to submit a new application. Just drop us a note if there are substantial changes in your practices, or if the information submitted on your application needs to be updated.
